Return and Refund Policy — Car Geek Talk
Digital Products (PDF Downloads)
All products sold by Car Geek Talk are digital downloads (PDF files) delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a file has been downloaded or the download link has been made available to you.
By completing your purchase and downloading the file, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately upon completion of payment.
- You expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)).
- All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will offer a replacement file or, where appropriate, a refund only in the following limited cases:
- Technical issues — the file is corrupted, unreadable, or you did not receive it due to a technical error on our part.
- Duplicate purchase — you were accidentally charged twice for the same item.
- Wrong item — you received a different file than the one you purchased.
If any of the above applies to you, contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@cargeektalk.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible — typically by resending the correct file, or if that isn't possible, issuing a refund.

Refunds (where approved)
If a refund is approved under one of the exceptions above, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
